Join Slow Food Hudson Valley on Saturday, June 6 from 3–5 PM for a summer farm walk here at Branchwater.

We will explore the landscape together, visiting the fields, pastures and animals that make up this farm. We will discuss grain cultivation, cover crops, raising livestock and running a small-scale family farm. A guided tasting of our spirits will follow the walk for those interested.
